Yes. Alicon is the IoT application developed by WeCove specifically for the livestock transport sector and is compatible with vehicles built by Pezzaioli, CIFA and IRMA.
The system is fundamentally similar for all bodybuilders: temperature probes, water level for watering, ventilation status with the ability to control it, door opening and light status. Depending on the specific bodywork, additional dedicated applications may then be available.
The complete temperature-monitoring solution requires installing sensors and probes that only the vehicle's bodybuilder can fit. GPS-only systems, which let you monitor the position of the vehicle or trailer, can instead be installed by any mechanic/auto electrician.
Watering stops are flagged by the driver and logged in the system, so they stay linked to the route and to the individual transport activity.
Yes. Alicon lets you monitor the status of the fans and the temperature on the different levels of the vehicle in real time during the journey.
At the end of the activity a detailed report is generated summarising the route taken, the watering stops, the fan status and the temperature recorded on the various levels, providing complete documentation of the animals' transport conditions.
The data collected (temperature, ventilation, stops) supports the documentation required on animal welfare during transport. The system also lets you export temperature data to send to inspection bodies (veterinary authorities, traffic police, etc.).
Alicon tracks the vehicle's position in real time and keeps a complete history of GPS positions, so you always know where the vehicle is and where it has been. All data is stored securely and accessible only to authorised users.
Yes, the system sends notifications about errors and lets you plan fleet activities thanks to the advanced planning and analysis tools included in Alicon.
The system (hardware+software) complies with the interconnection requirements set out in the Piano Transizione 4.0 and may qualify as an eligible asset.
