Accessibility statement

WeCove S.r.l. is committed to making its website wecove.com accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities, in accordance with Italian Legislative Decree no. 82 of 27 May 2022, which transposes Directive (EU) 2019/882 (European Accessibility Act) into Italian law, and with the relevant technical guidelines.

This statement applies to the website https://www.wecove.com in its Italian and English versions.

Compliance status

This website is partially compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA and the European standard EN 301 549: the review carried out so far has been limited to a code-level check of a sample of pages, and a functional test (colour contrast, keyboard navigation, screen reader) still needs to be completed before full compliance can be declared.

Non-accessible content

a) Non-compliance with accessibility requirements

The review covered a representative sample of pages on the website, in both the Italian and English versions. As of the date of this statement, the source code review did not identify any remaining non-compliance in the sample examined.

b) Disproportionate burden

At present, no disproportionate burden exemptions are claimed.

c) Content not within the scope of the legislation

Some content may fall outside the scope of the legislation, including:

  • third-party content not developed, funded or controlled by WeCove S.r.l. (e.g. embedded videos, maps, social widgets or external payment systems);
  • documents in non-editable formats (e.g. PDF) published before any remediation.

Preparation of this statement

This statement was prepared on 20 July 2026.

The method used was an internal self-assessment, based on a review of the source code of a sample of pages on the website. A follow-up functional test (colour contrast, keyboard navigation, screen reader verification) is planned to complete the assessment.

The statement will be reviewed periodically and whenever significant changes are made. Last review: 20 July 2026.

Commitment to improvement

WeCove S.r.l. regards accessibility as an ongoing process of continuous improvement. Completion of the website's functional testing is planned, with any resulting findings to be reflected in an update to this statement, with the aim of bringing the website into full compliance with WCAG 2.1 level AA.
