Cleve App on the
vacuum trucks you build.
Compatibility, hardware, retrofit, data read from the vehicle, remote PLC access. The questions bodybuilders and vacuum truck / environmental vehicle owners ask us, with full answers.
Yes. Cleve App (hardware and software) is fully compatible with vehicles from all these bodybuilders and complies with Industry 4.0 standards. The system is designed specifically for the vacuum/environmental transport sector and lets you monitor tanks, valves and pumps regardless of the bodywork brand.
Yes. Cleve App can also be extended to vehicles not originally set up for Industry 4.0, as well as to vehicles from other manufacturers not listed above (with possible limitations on the data tracked). This makes it a solution suited to both new fleets and existing vehicle fleets.
For Cappellotto 4.0 vehicles, no dedicated hardware is needed: it's enough to configure our server parameters directly on the vehicle's operator panel to activate Cleve App and the whole WeCove ecosystem, with no development costs for interconnection. For the other bodybuilders (Moro Kaeser, Jurop, Gerotto, Mottola, Longo, RSP, Amphitec, BaroClean, Wiedemann), integration instead happens through dedicated WeCove IoT hardware.
The 4.0 hardware system is normally installed directly by the vehicle's bodybuilder, but we also offer simpler systems designed specifically for retrofit installation, without lengthy intervention times: it lets you start monitoring GPS, driving data and some bodywork parameters even on a vehicle that has already been in service for a while.
Cleve App lets you monitor the status of tanks, valves and pumps in real time, as well as GPS position and general vehicle data. This is the general picture; the details depend on the vehicle's specific bodywork.
Yes. The devices have local memory that stores data even without network coverage. Some versions also include a display that shows real-time data directly on board, even offline.
Yes, some versions have a VPN feature that lets the installer or support centre access the vehicle's local network remotely, and therefore the PLC, making it easier to diagnose malfunctions.
Yes, the system (hardware and software) is designed in compliance with Industry 4.0 standards and is constantly updated to stay aligned with regulatory developments and business efficiency goals.
Installation of 4.0 systems is handled by the vehicles' bodybuilders. GPS-only systems, on the other hand, can be installed by the vehicle owner or by any mechanic/auto electrician.
